We are a small family operated business.

Wendy has been involved with several construction companies over the years. She has extensive customer service and sales experience as well as run the back office, making sure everything goes smoothly.
Wendy is you first point of contact for scheduling anything. She works with our clients as well as our staff and contractors and keeps everybody on the same page. (Kind of like herding cats sometimes)

Scott Warga has years of experience in both residential and commercial construction in the Phoenix metro area as well as the inspection industry. He has been in construction and inspections for over 30 years.
He also works as an expert Witness on construction defect litigation as well as home inspection cases.
